A new smoothie truck looks to be on its way to Jacksonville: Infinity 8 Smoothies.
This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork submitted for the food truck AllThingzWild Botanicals LLC. AllThingzWild Botanicals is a local business and “mobile apothecary” headed up by entrepreneur Erica Patrick.
“My name is Erica,” says the description on the AllThingzWild Botanicals Instagram page. “I create plant/ mushroom medicine through teas tinctures and much more! ALL are handmade and uniquely crafted with so much LOVE.”
What Now reached out to Patrick on Friday to ask about plans for Infinity 8 Smoothies. Patrick was not immediately available to discuss the brand.
What kind of smoothies can we expect from the food truck? Will we find any mushroom-based elixirs? Only time will tell!
