As a new food truck, called Coast 2 Coast Bistro, prepares to hit the road soon, its destination (or, more properly speaking, its starting point) appears to be Fleming Island.
This week, What Now came across plan review documents submitted by Coast 2 Coast Bistro of NE FL LLC that place the food truck in Fleming Island.
What Now reached out on Tuesday to owner Teresa Berndt to ask about plans for Coast 2 Coast Bistro. Berndt was not immediately available for comment on news of the launch.
As a result, it is not yet known where the new food truck is planning to set up shop, and while the paperwork bases Coast 2 Coast Bistro in Fleming Island, it remains to be seen where it will be roaming.
Should it launch in Fleming Island, however, Coast 2 Coast Bistro would join a vibrant food truck community that has included concepts like El Agave Azul Jax, Rolling Fatty’s, Fresh from Yianni’s Kitchen, and more.
