According to Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board records, Sound Break recently applied for beer, wine, and snack bar licenses for 115 S. Jackson St., located within RailSpur’s historic district in Pioneer Square.

The application lists Kathryn Fernandez and Kevin Turco as applicants. Few details about the business have been made public, and it remains unclear what type of concept is planned for the space. An opening date has not yet been announced.

The address sits within RailSpur, a collection of restored historic buildings that has become home to a mix of retail, dining, office, and residential spaces in the heart of Pioneer Square.

The development has continued to attract new businesses in recent years, making the arrival of another tenant a notable addition to the neighborhood, though few details about Sound Break have been released.

What Now Seattle reached out to Sound Break for additional information, and will update this story as more details become available.
