Sound Break Bike House is preparing to open at 115 S. Jackson St. in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, according to a recent Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board license application.
The business is owned by Kevin Turco, and the application includes beer, wine, and snack bar licenses for the upcoming concept.
The concept is expected to open in early August at RailSpur, the Pioneer Square redevelopment that has brought together restaurants, retailers, offices, and residences in a collection of restored historic buildings.
RailSpur has continued to attract new businesses in recent years, making Sound Break Bike House one of its latest additions to the neighborhood.
According to information shared with What Now Seattle by the project’s representatives, Sound Break Bike House will include a café, bike rentals, repair services, retail, guided and self-guided rides, and events geared toward the cycling community.
