Charlee Rose Coffee is expanding in Gilbert with a second location, according to a recent Instagram announcement from the company.
The new cafe is planned for 18318 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Suite 102, where owners Brandy Grice and her daughter, Brianna Grice, say they have officially signed the lease. Construction is expected to take about six months before the new cafe is ready to open.
The expansion follows the success of the company’s original Gilbert location at 522 N. Gilbert Rd., Suite 102, where the family-owned business serves coffee, matcha, teas, lemonades, and specialty espresso drinks.
Founded by the mother-daughter duo, Charlee Rose Coffee began as a mobile coffee trailer before growing into a brick-and-mortar business. The company’s mission is to create a welcoming community space and offer coffee made with non-toxic, higher-quality ingredients.
Named after Brianna’s daughter, Charlee Rose, the business reflects the family’s commitment to health, wellness, and community.
The second location marks the latest milestone for the Arizona coffee company as it continues to grow its presence in Gilbert.
