The Granola Bar is returning to Manhattan with two new locations on July 9. The locations will serve the brand’s menu in a comfortable setting. The openings will mark the brand’s continued expansion.

The Granola Bar is Opening Two New Locations in Midtown

The Connecticut-based restaurant brand The Granola Bar is making its return to Manhattan. One will be a full-service flagship restaurant on Madison Avenue, while the other will be a grab-and-go concept at 22 E. 43rd St.

The full-service location is located near Grand Central. It will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant will also serve classic cocktails alongside its food menu.

According to PRNewswire, Co-Founder and Co-CEO Julie Mountain said the Madison Avenue location was designed to reflect the neighborhood’s fast-paced atmosphere. She expressed the team’s wish to create a place where people feel welcome, can enjoy good food, and receive genuine hospitality.

The grab-and-go concept, called The Granola Bar Takeaway, is designed for customers looking for a quick meal. Both locations will also sell The Granola Bar’s packaged products. This includes its signature house-made granola and snack bars.

Co-Founder and Co-CEO Dana Noorily expressed the team’s wish to make The Granola Bar Takeaway an independent concept. The two openings will now give customers near Grand Central a choice between a full-service dining experience and a grab-and-go option.

The flagship restaurant spans a 2,500-square-foot space featuring seating for about 90 guests. The restaurant includes a bar and a private dining room. The restaurant’s menu includes sweet potato pancakes, Caesar salad, and Parmesan-crusted avocado grilled cheese among its dishes.

The Granola Bar Takeaway is a separate concept that occupies a 1,000-square-foot space. It will offer coffee, dirty sodas, sandwiches, salads, and hot prepared foods.

The new Midtown openings mark The Granola Bar’s return to Manhattan. These openings also offer customers more dining options.
