Saint Honore is working on opening a third location. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new Saint Honore is expected to open in the Rancho Charleston neighborhood at 3071 S Rancho Dr 140.
The address sits across from Area15 and is not far from the Las Vegas strip. At the helm of the opening is Chief Executive Officer of Refined Restaurant Group, Michael Santos, who was also listed on the permit. Santos runs the agency with the two female owners of Saint Honore, Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Santos about the exciting expansion. Santos confirmed the new opening. But, unfortunately, the team was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Saint Honoré is a locally female-owned patisserie. Our menu boasts a variety of delectable treats, including hand-decorated doughnuts, flavorful coffees, and authentic French Quarter-style beignets,” the Saint Honore website reads.
“Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes, our dedicated owners, embarked on a mission to redefine the doughnut experience by introducing the concept of couture doughnuts.”
The patisserie first opened in May of 2019 on Flamingo Road near Fort Apache Road in the Spring Valley area. Jemore and Lourdes also created Cafe Lola and opened a second Saint Honore on Blue Diamond Road in 2022.
“Their vision has blossomed into a thriving business that now extends its offerings beyond doughnuts and beignets to include hand-tossed pizzas and milkshakes. Giving guests the best of both worlds, sweet and savory,” the Saint Honore website reads.

Saint Honore is anticipated to open in the Rancho Charleston neighborhood at 3071 S Rancho Dr 140 later this year.
