Several new restaurant concepts are expected to open across metro Atlanta this year, bringing new dining options to the region. The upcoming openings include cafes, bars, bakeries, and full-service restaurants.
Upcoming Restaurant Openings in Atlanta
The concepts include a cold brew bar, neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and experiential food and beverage spaces. Here are some of the upcoming openings planned across the Atlanta area that were revealed by WhatNow last week.
Caffè Venturi

Venturi Bold Brew is planning to open Caffè Venturi, a cold brew fusion bar, in downtown Atlanta. The concept will feature six signature nitro cold brew flavors from Venturi Bold Brew. Venturi has partnered with Azalea Fresh Market for this upcoming opening.
Caffè Venturi is expected to open in the coming months. The menu will offer Venturi’s nitro flavors, including Panama Black, Maple Vanilla Chai, Strawberry Hibiscus, and others. Here is more information on the upcoming opening.
14th & Spring

The 14th & Spring office building will add a new cafe to its lobby space. The cafe will take over a 3,275-square-foot space in the office building. It will seat 86 guests and will open Monday through Saturday. The opening timeline has yet to be announced, but the website teases the listing as coming in 2026.
The all-day restaurant will sit in the lobby of 14th & Spring. The cafe is expected to serve employees, visitors, and guests at the office building. Know more about the upcoming opening here.
Moos and Brews

Moos and Brews is opening soon in Carrollton and LaGrange this summer. The concept will first open around the end of July in Carrollton, followed by its LaGrange opening in August. The openings mark the concept’s expansion from a mobile coffee and ice cream trailer into brick-and-mortar locations.
Moos and Brews will offer coffee, ice cream, and other products at the two new locations. The menu includes Blue Bell ice cream, milkshakes, protein shakes, smoothies, slushies, coffee, lattes, and more. Get more information on the upcoming opening here.
Alere
Alere is a new neighborhood restaurant that is opening in 2027 in Morningside Village. The concept comes from the team behind The Chastain, helmed by chef Christopher Grossman. The restaurant’s design will focus on creating a casual setting for neighborhood dining.
Alere will offer a seasonal menu with elements from Southern European cuisine. The menu will feature dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Read more about the opening here.
Bodega Bar ATL
Bodega Bar ATL is expanding from a pop-up concept into a permanent brick-and-mortar location. The concept is opening in Sylvan Hills in a 2,100-square-foot space. Owner Caleb Giles said the space is now awaiting a liquor license and final inspections before officially opening.
Bodega Bar ATL will serve New York-inspired dishes with creative variations. The concept will offer General Tso’s chicken, chicken parm with a gochujang marinara, and Nathan’s hot dogs. Learn more about the upcoming opening here.
Gemini
Terminal South is welcoming a new bar called Gemini. The bar will take over a 735-square-foot space that will seat 60 guests. It is an open-air cafe and will operate on Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Gemini has not released a food menu, but its social media teases cocktails, beer, and wine. The concept draws inspiration from the Gemini zodiac sign, which will influence its branding and menu offerings. Find out more about the opening here.
The Baking Social
The Baking Social is a new experiential baking concept that is opening this fall. The concept will take over a 3,600-square-foot space where guests will be offered a state-of-the-art experience. The website currently lists twelve signature classes that will be guided by chefs.
The Baking Social will dedicate about 1,000 square feet of space to a bakery that will open Wednesday through Sunday. It will serve baked goods and coffee. Learn more about the upcoming opening here.
