Jin’s Korean BBQ is working on a third Las Vegas Valley location. According to the brand’s tax and accounting team, which handles many Spring Mountain eateries, Jin’s Korean BBQ is working on a third location license, and the interior work should be done this month.

At the helm of the opening is owner Kyung MoonWhat Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Moon, who confirmed the opening and shared that the community can expect a summer opening. Unfortunately, Moon was unable to share further details, including the address, by the time of this publication.

There are currently two Jin’s Korean BBQ restaurants serving the Las Vegas Valley, one on West Lake Mead and another on West Tropicana. Based on the locations, Affordable Tax & Accounting‘s Brian Lee works with, we suspect the next Jin’s Korean BBQ restaurant will open somewhere along Spring Mountain, in the region’s Chinatown.

As we inch closer towards opening, we’re sure more information will be revealed. So keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest about this exciting new addition to the Las Vegas Valley’s culinary scene.

Jin’s Korean BBQ is a popular local eatery known for large portions of value-driven Korean comfort food plates and sides. The concept focuses on humble, high-value meat plates, traditional sides, and rice rather than a massive corporate franchise framework. Grilling marinated meats traces back thousands of years to the ancient maekjeok skewer dishes of the Goguryeo and Joseon eras. The interactive table-grill and buffet formats popularized globally evolved heavily through mid-20th-century culinary shifts.

While Jin’s Korean BBQ comes with traditional and authentic Korean appeal, the small, booming Las Vegas food chain isn’t a traditional Korean BBQ spot per se. Jin’s Korean BBQ is described as “Hawaiian Soul Food Korean BBQ Style.”

Try it out for yourself at one of the two open locations or when the new Jin’s Korean BBQ opens this summer in the Las Vegas Valley.

(This is a developing story. As more information is made available, we will update this article. Stay tuned!)
