St. Louis Bar & Grill, a Canadian sports bar chain known for its wings, ribs, and casual dining, is getting ready to open a new location in the Niagara region.
The company’s upcoming Niagara restaurant is listed among its future franchise locations on the St. Louis Bar & Grill website, with an anticipated opening in 2027. While an exact address and opening date have not yet been announced, the new restaurant will expand the brand’s presence in Ontario as it continues growing across Canada. Customers can expect the chain’s signature wings, ribs, burgers, sandwiches, and sports bar atmosphere.
St. Louis Bar & Grill first opened in Toronto in 1992 and has remained 100 percent Canadian-owned and operated. The company has spent more than 20 years franchising and now operates more than 80 locations nationwide. In addition to Niagara, upcoming franchise locations are planned for Winnipeg, Edmundston, and Sault Ste. Marie.
The restaurant has built its reputation around its casual neighborhood setting and menu centered on wings and comfort food. According to the company’s website, St. Louis sells more than two million pounds of wings each year and offers franchisees a turnkey operating system that includes site selection, construction management, training, and ongoing support. The brand’s mission is “to always deliver more than expected through extraordinary hospitality.”
The menu features the chain’s Original and Dusted Wings, served with its signature Garlic Dill Sauce, along with baby-back ribs, chicken tenders, burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips, pizzas, salads, and shareable appetizers. Customers can also choose from plant-based wings, making the menu accessible to a wider range of dining preferences.
This will be an excellent landing space for St. Louis Bar & Grill as the company continues expanding throughout Canada. With more than three decades in business and a well-established franchise model, the Niagara restaurant represents another step in the brand’s continued growth while bringing its popular sports bar concept to another Ontario community.
