A new all-day neighborhood restaurant is headed to Uptown New Orleans this fall as Charlotte’s takes over the former Étoile space on Magazine Street.

The new restaurant is taking over the former Étoile space at 3607 Magazine Street, where renovations are underway according to NOLA.com.

Owned by Kyle Brechtel and developed by Brechtel Hospitality Group, Charlotte’s is designed to offer a more approachable dining experience, serving guests from morning through dinner. The concept is expected to feature breakfast or brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner, creating a neighborhood destination for a variety of occasions.

Charlotte’s will occupy the historic Magazine Street property while maintaining much of the existing layout. Planned updates include refreshed landscaping and enhancements to the porch and patio, expanding the restaurant’s outdoor dining appeal.

Charlotte joins Brechtel Hospitality Group’s growing portfolio, which includes Copper Vine, Vintage Rock Club and Fulton Alley, along with franchise locations of Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux and Small’s Sliders.

An official opening date has not yet been announced, but Charlotte’s is expected to welcome its first guests in October.
