MADabolic, the “industry-leading strength and conditioning franchise,” has announced that it has signed a lease on a new location in Orlando’s Creative Village district.
“The studio, operating as MADabolic Creative Village, marks the next step in bringing MADabolic’s performance-driven training system to Central Florida,” said a press release. “The location will be owned and operated by franchise partners Abel and Kristina Navarro.”
The location in Creative Village is near the intersection with Alexander Place, at 505 Chatham Avenue, across Chatham from Luminary Green.
“Signing the lease is a major milestone and brings us one step closer to opening our doors,” said Abel Navarro, owner of MADabolic Creative Village, in the press release. “We’ve been committed to finding the right location and creating an incredible experience for Orlando. We’re excited to officially move into the next phase and begin building our community.”
At the new MADabolic, “the ambitious, the determined, the high achiever, and those who want to unlock their confidence,” will be able to test themselves and improve themselves with 50-minute workouts that are “designed to challenge you, change you, and deliver the results you’ve been looking for,” says the MADabolic website.
MADabolic Creative Village is working toward an opening later this year, the press release says.
“Florida has become an important growth market for MADabolic,” Rick Del Sontro, President of MADabolic, said in the press release. “With successful locations operating across South and Central Florida and additional development underway, Orlando represents another step in building a strong statewide presence while maintaining the quality and consistency that define the brand, and Creative Village is an incredible area with tremendous energy and growth. We can’t wait to introduce Orlando to the MADabolic experience.”
