Heights Wellness Retreat, a new wellness facility, has debuted at UnCommons. The southwest Las Vegas community can access skincare, massage, and touchless wellness solutions at the location. The owners also plan to open a second location in northern Las Vegas.
New Wellness Center Opens at UnCommons
The new Heights Wellness Retreat is located at 6887 Helen Toland St., Suite 120 at UnCommons. The mixed-use campus includes restaurants, retail, office space, and residential units.
Led by James and Eshelle Manion, the wellness destination offers massage, skincare, and touchless wellness technologies designed to support recovery and relaxation. They decided to invest in the 2,460-square-foot facility after caring for James’ aunt and godmother who battled Parkinson’s disease.
Eshelle Manion said in a statement, “We wanted to build something that not only honored someone who meant so much to our family but also made a positive impact in our community.”
“Heights Wellness Retreat gives us the opportunity to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, prioritize their well-being and experience the lasting benefits of self-care,” she added.
Offerings for the Community
As a membership-based retreat, the facility provides massage therapy, red light therapy, skincare services, infrared sauna, halo salt therapy, cryotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and meditation.
The new location has created 31 jobs in southwest Las Vegas and adds another wellness-focused tenant to UnCommons. The couple previously signed a two-unit development agreement and plan to open a second Heights Wellness Retreat. The second facility will be based in northern Las Vegas.
