A national fitness chain is making moves in the Chicago market.
Club Studio Fitness has listed three new locations on their website for the area. The new addresses are as follows: Streeterville at 535 N St. Clair Street, Lakeview East at 3030 N Broadway Street, Wilmette at 3232 Lake Avenue, Suite 125. Right now, opening dates for the gyms have not been established.
The company does not currently have locations open in Chicagoland, but there are around 19 operating gyms around the country, in areas including Citrus Heights, California, Elk Grove, California and Miami, Florida. Club Studio is also seeking growth in the Northeast and other parts of the Midwest.
Wilmette’s location was just confirmed, opening Edens Plaza shopping center. This is near the on-ramp for interstate 94. From Google Maps, it appears to be opening next to Uncharted fashion sore.
When visiting a Club Fitness, those wanting a workout are met with a wide variety of elliptical machines, free weights, stretching bands and even boxing equipment. Locations also feature full swimming pools, recovery room with lounge chairs and saunas. The company has jumped on the trend of offering pilates classes as well.
What Now Chicago has reached out to representatives from Club Studio for comment.
