The Buzzed Goat Coffee Company is getting ready to open its third Arizona location at 2795 S. Market St., Suite 110, in Gilbert. The coffee shop will take over the former Which Wich space at SanTan Village Marketplace.
CEO Gabe Von Weimer told What Now Phoenix that the team is hoping to open in September. The company received the keys to the space last week and has started preparing the shop.
The Gilbert location will join The Buzzed Goat’s original Ahwatukee cafe and its Tempe drive-thru. Founded in 2018, the local brand serves handcrafted coffee, cold brew, specialty lattes, and coffee cocktails.
The new shop is expected to offer a full espresso bar, signature espresso martinis, craft cocktails, beer, wine, and small bites. The company also plans to serve many of the drinks available at its existing locations, including The Goat cold brew with caramel and cream, the Cafe Mojito, Honey Bee latte, and seasonal creations.
The Buzzed Goat announced the Gilbert expansion on Instagram, where the team is publishing updates as work moves forward. An exact opening date has not been announced.
