Anne Arundel County is closing out 2026 with an exciting arrival for poultry lovers. Saudi’s Peruvian Chicken is bringing its signature cuisine to the upcoming Linthicum Landing restaurant strip, alongside Buffalo Wild Wings Go, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Jersey Mike’s, and Paris Baguette later this year.
Locals will be able to stop into Saudi’s for a bite at 1709 Nursery Road. Sardi’s Hospitality Group CEO Philip Sardelis generously provided What Now DC with some salient details about the restaurant’s upcoming Anne Arundel home, stating that the store will span 3,277 square feet and will have seating for around 65 customers. He also says that the eatery should be customer ready at some point in December.
2026 had been a good year for Sardi’s. The chain has an Annapolis location that will be opening later this summer and debuted a Frederick storefront last month, with a grand opening planned for later this month.
Sardi’s Peruvian Chicken has established itself as a powerful presence in the area dining scene, with locations open across Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Though fast-casual chicken is a very crowded market, Sardi’s distinguishes itself through its amazing cuisine, described on the website as: “Our homemade, authentic sauces are created using traditional Peruvian recipes to pair perfectly with our charbroiled chicken and other entrees, sides, and salads.”
