POP MART, the toy retailer known for viral sensations such as the Labubu, is expanding to The Oaks in Thousand Oaks, according to a recent announcement from the company. At the mall, it will be located in a corner space near Macy’s and Lolli and Pops, according to the mall’s online directory.
Signage spotted by the Conejo Valley Guide indicates that the new shop at The Oaks will open in the fall.
POP MART, a Chinese toy and entertainment company, has become popular for its “blind box” figurines, which means the buyer purchases a figurine without seeing it, knowing it is one in a series. POP MART also sells other accessories.
The brand has been exploding across the U.S. market this year. Other locations announced in POP MART’s most recent rollout include spots in Maryland, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Hawaii and New Hampshire.
