A restaurant opening in Winter Park’s historic Hannibal Square later this year promises to be “a refined yet approachable American brasserie.” It’s called The Reverie, and it’s opening at 533 W New England Ave.

The Reverie will be “a place where classic culinary techniques meet ingredient-driven dishes that are both grounded and craveable,” says the restaurant’s website.

The new restaurant represents a partnership between the two-time James Beard Award-nominated Chef Brandon McGlamery and the Foundry Group.

Taking over the space formerly occupied by Chez Vincent, The Reverie will “offer thoughtful, ingredient-driven cuisine with French and European influences, a curated wine and cocktail program, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that honors both tradition and creativity.”

Opening in the West New England Avenue location, The Reverie will join nearby restaurants like Armando’s, Mynt Fine Indian Cuisine, Cafe-Boutique Piano, and more.
