Epice is preparing to relocate from its longtime home at 2902 12th Ave. S. to 3827 Cleghorn Ave. in Green Hills, with the move expected to take place in 2027, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
The Lebanese bistro, operated by Siege Hospitality, opened in 12South in 2014. Metro permit filings show the company plans to build a new 2,600-square-foot restaurant on the Green Hills property, which an LLC affiliated with Siege Hospitality purchased in 2025.
Siege Hospitality told the Nashville Business Journal it expects only a few weeks of downtime between closing the 12South restaurant and reopening in Green Hills.
According to the the publication, Siege Hospitality has maintained a presence in Green Hills for more than 20 years through concepts including Kalamatas and Santo. The group also operates Lola, a Spanish restaurant and wine bar in Sylvan Park, and expanded the Epice brand into Birmingham in 2025.
The planned relocation will mark Epice’s first move since opening more than a decade ago, positioning the restaurant within another established Nashville dining district while continuing its local presence.
The permit filing represents the latest milestone for the project as Siege Hospitality advances plans for the restaurant’s next chapter in Nashville.
