Roadtrac is planning a new development in Santa Fe, with a ground-up development slated for 11120 FM 1764, according to Coming Soon Texas. The project calls for a 5,650-square-foot building with a convenience store, fuel pumps, and additional shell space for a future retail tenant.
According to project records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the development has an estimated construction cost of $1.02 million. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with completion targeted for October 2028.
Heights Engineering is listed as the design firm, and Amelia Lee is identified as the registered accessibility specialist for the project.
Zain Sunesara, Partner with Roadtrac, confirmed the upcoming Santa Fe property with What Now Houston. He also said the brand, which was founded in 2020 and has more than two dozen locations in Texas, has several other sites in development across the metro area.
The Houston-based fuel and truck stop brand serves more than 12,000 customers each day, its website states. It also developed and operates its own Booma Boom Tex Mex foodservice brand onsite at some locations, offering made-to-order items such as tacos, quesadillas and gorditas.
