Dollar Tree is planning a new Beaumont location at Parkway Plaza, with records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation showing the chain will open a store at 5725 Eastex Fwy. Documents for the project were filed in late July.
A renovation of an existing space, the planned work carries an estimated cost of $757,200 and will include interior finishes, fixtures, and new lighting throughout the 15,012-square-foot space. Construction is scheduled to begin in November with completion targeted for January, according to TDLR data.
Synergy RPC LLC is listed as the property owner, while CASCO Diversified Corporation, based in St. Louis, is the design firm for the project.
The company has not yet announced an opening date for the Beaumont store. Based on the current TDLR schedule, construction is expected to run from November 2026 into January 2027, although project timelines can change.
The planned store will add another Dollar Tree to Beaumont. The retailer’s current store locator lists four existing Beaumont locations: Gateway Shopping Center at 134 Gateway Street, Parkdale Village at 6410 Eastex Freeway, The Oaks Shopping Center at 229 Dowlen Road, and Stadium Shopping Center at 3260 Avenue A.
