Go Greek is set to make its Las Vegas Valley return next year. The Greek frozen yogurt and café concept is expected to open in the BLVD Las Vegas at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd, according to a Facebook Post from Las Vegas Food.
The California-based brand will open alongside several other eateries in the first quarter of 2027. No word just yet on exactly when the new Go Greek shop will open. But we’re sure more details will be revealed as we inch closer to opening.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Go Greek Director of Store and Franchise Operations, Julio Oliva, to find out more details about the upcoming opening and expansion plans. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication. It’s too early to say if a franchisee has actually been selected yet.
“Go Greek Yogurt is an authentic yogurt bar and cafe where passion for quality meets the inspiration of Greek culture and cuisine,” the Go Greek website reads.
“Our mission is rooted in providing a nutritious and delicious alternative to regular meals. We believe in nourishing both the body and soul through probiotic-packed options that promote a healthier lifestyle.”
Go Greek Yogurt was founded in 2012 in Beverly Hills, California, by David Subotic, Tanja Subotic, and Jonathan Williams Margaritakis. What started as a single European-inspired yogurt bar bringing authentic, imported Mediterranean probiotic yogurt and simple toppings to the U.S. market later grew into an international franchise.
The brand operates a small handful of domestic Go Greek storefronts in Southern California (including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Studio City, and Brentwood) alongside an expanding international presence with more than 20 franchise yogurt bars across the Middle East.
Go Greek did open a location in the Las Vegas Valley in the summer of 2018. But its single past outpost inside The Venetian Resort / Palazzo has permanently closed.
Fans can rejoice in welcoming the brand back to the Las Vegas Valley when Go Greek opens in the BLVD Las Vegas at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd early next year.
