A New Latin American Dining Concept Has Arrived In Midtown Atlanta

Botánico Cocina & Social Club has opened its doors in Midtown Atlanta. The restaurant brings a lively dining experience inspired by Latin American culture and cuisine. Its layout is designed to take guests from dinner to cocktails and late-night socializing.

Botánico Cocina & Social Club Opens in Midtown Atlanta

Botánico Cocina & Social Club opened in Midtown Atlanta on August 13. Brothers Felipe and Eduardo Rivera, who previously opened Palo Santo, are behind the new restaurant. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Juan Guillermo Hormiga.

The restaurant has undergone a complete redesign with lush greenery, natural materials, warm lighting, and handcrafted details. It features a tropical, indoor-outdoor atmosphere that is ideal for dining and events. The restaurant will host DJ sets, patio parties, and other events throughout the week.

Botánico Cocina & Social Club will open Thursday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, it will open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Menu and Culinary Direction

The concept draws inspiration from food, music, and community traditions across Latin America. Its menu draws inspiration from countries including Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, and Cuba.

The menu features tropical ceviches, wood-fired meats, seafood, and shareable dishes designed for communal dining. Botánico offers an entirely gluten-free menu. It features dishes like sea bass ceviche, Botánico Tamal, Bistec a Caballo, charcoal-grilled branzino, and charcoal-grilled plantain.

The drinks menu includes signature cocktails, classic drinks, and draft cocktails such as the Chica Pituca, Paloma, and Tequila Mule. Wines from Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Spain are also available, along with Mexican and American beers.

Botánico Cocina & Social Club brings a fresh Latin American dining and nightlife experience to Midtown Atlanta. It offers guests a lively place to dine, drink, and socialize.
