The business center located at 8836 US-19 looks to be welcoming a new restaurant into the mix. It’s called Landy’s Place, and according to plan review documents submitted by Landy’s Place LLC, it’s opening in Unit 2D.

“Landy’s Place is a family owned restaurant/cafe built around good food and good times,” owner Lai-Lee Cordero told What Now in an email conversation. “Our vision is to create a welcoming environment where families and friends can gather and enjoy fresh pizza, sandwiches, salads, ice cream and more at affordable prices. Our mission is simple: serve great food, treat every customer like family and become a place our community is proud to call its own. My husband Orlando and I are excited to welcome the community and enjoy every second of it!!!”

Opening at 8836 US-19, Landy’s Place would join businesses like indoor playground Thunder Bear’s Discovery Den, sports complex The Alley, and martial arts center Krav Maga Martial Arts.

Stay tuned for more details about Landy’s Place as the opening approaches!
