Frenzy Açaí, a premium açaí and superfoods concept, is planning to open a new location in Toronto at Yonge Eglinton Centre, located at 2300 Yonge Street.

The company’s new location is listed as coming soon in the shopping centre’s directory, with co-founder Marcelo Braga telling What Now Toronto that the store is planned to open in October 2026. Frenzy Açaí describes the concept as a fusion of the Amazon’s energy and Canada’s sophisticated rhythm. Customers can expect a selection of açaí-based products focused on natural energy, nutrition, and convenience.

Frenzy Açaí’s story centers on its connection to both the Amazon and Canada, describing the brand as “Born in the Amazon. Raised in Canada.” The company says its products are made with authentic Amazon açaí and are designed for different occasions, including refreshing bowls and nutritious snacks. The concept combines açaí with other superfoods and focuses on a modern approach to the category.

The menu includes a signature frozen açaí sorbet made with premium Amazon açaí, as well as frozen snacks such as the Açaí Power Bar. The Açaí Power Bar contains 5 grams of protein and no added sugar, while the Coconut Power Bar combines açaí and coconut flavors with the same protein and added sugar specifications. The company also offers açaí cream, açaí popsicles, and coconut popsicles for food service and retail partners.

Frenzy Açaí says its products are made for people looking for natural energy and convenient nutrition. The company highlights açaí’s natural sugars and healthy fats, along with its antioxidant content, omega fatty acids, and fiber. Its products are made with Amazon açaí and selected ingredients for a consistent texture and flavor.

The Yonge Eglinton Centre location will add Frenzy Açaí to the shopping centre’s existing food and beverage lineup, which includes Booster Juice, Aroma Espresso Bar, Real Fruit Bubble Tea, The Coffee, Tim Hortons, and other food businesses. The company also offers wholesale and food service products for cafes, restaurants, dessert shops, and retail partners. The Toronto location is part of Frenzy Açaí’s stated plans to expand its retail presence, with additional locations and distribution points listed as coming soon.
