Teriyaki Madness is bringing its fast-casual concept to 1712 Gallatin Pike N. in Madison, according to Metro Nashville permit records. A permit issued for the address identifies Teriyaki Madness as the future tenant, with the project involving the conversion of the existing retail space for the restaurant.
The Madison location is part of a broader Tennessee expansion by franchisee Dishant Patel. In a recent company post, Teriyaki Madness said Patel is bringing three locations to his Tennessee region. The company also shared that Patel was introduced to the brand through Manoj Patel, an existing Teriyaki Madness franchise owner and family member.
Teriyaki Madness serves Japanese-inspired, made-to-order meals built around grilled proteins, rice, noodles, vegetables and sauces, according to the company’s website. The menu features options including Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Chicken, Orange Chicken, Steak Teriyaki, Chicken Katsu, Salmon Teriyaki and Spicy Tofu, along with a selection of sides and appetizers.
The Madison restaurant will add to the brand’s growing national footprint. Teriyaki Madness says on its franchise website that it has more than 200 locations across 42 states, with more than 45% of its restaurants operated by multi-unit franchisees.
An opening date has not yet been announced for the Madison location. The new restaurant will mark Teriyaki Madness’ entry into the Madison market as Patel continues developing the brand’s presence across Tennessee.
