Teriyaki Madness is preparing to open a new restaurant at 1712 Gallatin Pike North in Madison, Tennessee, with an opening targeted for mid-November 2026. In an interview with WhatNow Nashville, owner Kirti Patel confirmed the Madison restaurant will be his third Teriyaki Madness location as he continues expanding the brand across Middle Tennessee.
Patel said the new restaurant will bring freshly made food and the brand’s take on Seattle-style teriyaki to the Madison community. “ “It’s Seattle-style teriyaki, so this will be the first time people in the Madison area get to experience it.” Patel told WhatNow Nashville. He added that the concept will offer a Japanese-style teriyaki experience that will also be new to the Madison area.
The Madison location follows Patel’s first Teriyaki Madness restaurant, which opened in Hendersonville in May 2019, and his second location in White House, which opened in April 2025. With the Madison restaurant next in line, Patel is continuing to build a local presence with the fast-casual brand.
The franchisee already has three more Tennessee locations in the pipeline. Patel said the first is under construction at 447 Warfield Boulevard, Suite B, Clarksville, and is expected to open during the first week of December. Another location is planned for 446 Shops Avenue, Springfield, with an opening targeted for the end of November.
A third upcoming location is also planned for Nashville along Murfreesboro Pike, although Patel said the address cannot yet be announced because the restaurant is currently under lease.
Patel said the brand’s food and broad customer appeal have been key factors in his decision to continue expanding with Teriyaki Madness. “The brand has a great product, and it’s made for all kinds of customers,” he said.
Among the menu’s highlights, Patel pointed to teriyaki chicken and spicy chicken as specialties, along with steak teriyaki and orange chicken, which he said are also popular choices.
For now, the Madison restaurant at 1712 Gallatin Pike North is the next location on Patel’s expansion schedule, with the team targeting a mid-November opening.
