Records list that subcontractor proposals are due September 8, and the construction schedule lists an expected start date of October 1. Splus Architects Inc., is identified as the project’s architect, while Integrity Engineering Solutions, LLC is providing structural engineering.

The Wheat Ridge club is being designed around the Crunch 3.0 club format, with a variety of workout, recovery and amenity spaces. The architectural plans call for a main gym, group fitness studio, spin/ride studio, Pilates studio and HIITZone, along with Kids Crunch, a CryoLounge, Relax & Recover area, hydromassage, stand-up tanning booths, saunas and locker/shower rooms.

This location is being developed by Fit Fusion, LLC, a multi-state Crunch Fitness franchisee. Established in 2024 by a team of fitness-industry veterans, its current portfolio of locations includes clubs in Colorado Springs, Illinois, Ohio, Nevada, Michigan, Louisiana, and Indiana. The Fit Fusion website also lists upcoming clubs in Denver and Westminster that the franchise group is working on.
