FASTSIGNS is expanding its presence in Northern Colorado, with a second location coming to 965 E. 11th St., construction documents reveal. The project records reveal the space as a 2,333-square-foot property that will need renovation work to transform it for business.

Adjustments are needed to the ceiling, flooring, lighting, paint, doors, and equipment layout. Planned occupancy is 22 people, with sales floor space totaling 567 square feet and the back-of-house area occupying 1,766 square feet.  The project team includes Shawn Williams of RJP Consulting Group LLC as construction manager, Cortland Morgan Architect as architect, and Marvin Almquist as landlord.

The new center will be run by the same franchisee behind the FASTSIGNS of Greeley, Edward Thompson, expanding his business’s footprint in the region. On social media, the company shared its excitement for a second location.

FASTSIGNS is a global visual communications company that was founded in Austin in 1985. and now has more than 780 independently owned locations across nine countries. Its services include signs, vehicle wraps, digital displays, trade show graphics, and other branding solutions, with projects handled by its team from design through installation.
