Brewing beverages and cultivating kindness is heading to Taylor. According to public filings, 7 Brew Coffee plans to open at 2101 N. Main St., with a completion date targeted for December 2026. However, dates listed in public filings are subject to change and are not always definitive.
7 Brew is a drive-thru-only coffee stand offering espresso drinks, cold brew, energy drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies, chai, and matcha, with more than 20,000 customizable flavor combinations.
Southern Brew Corp., a 7 Brew franchisee that entered the system in 2023, is behind the Taylor location, consistent with the group’s expansion pattern across Central Texas and the Southeast, concentrated primarily in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Texas.
The Taylor opening reflects the brand’s continued push into fast-growing Central Texas communities. Texas is now home to more than 110 locations across 88 cities, making it one of the brand’s largest markets nationwide.
The Taylor addition is part of 7 Brew’s continued statewide expansion, which What Now Austin has tracked through several recent openings, including a new stand planned for Hutto and an earlier entry into Waco.
The Taylor opening adds to a small but growing wave of business activity What Now has tracked. What Now Austin reported on Tejas Meat Supply, a planned butcher shop and market offering fresh-cut meats, house-made sausages, jerky, and charcuterie from sustainable Texas ranches.
