Blue Donkey Coffee

Blue Donkey Coffee is expanding in Metro Atlanta with a new Toco Hills location. The coffee shop will open at 2205 Lavista Road in the former Atlanta Coffee Roasters space. An opening date has not yet been announced.

Ruby Chow’s is planning a new location at 739 Trabert Avenue in Berkeley Park. The restaurant will take over a former office space that will be renovated for the new concept. Interior designer Elizabeth Ingram will design the space in collaboration with the team. The space will have elements of dark woods, velvets, and a vibrant color scheme.

MOA Korean Bistro
Korbiz Hospitality Group is bringing MOA Korean Bistro to Atlanta. The restaurant will occupy a 4,000-square-foot space at 6075 Roswell Road, Suite 100. The space has seating for 100, with bar seating for 15 and patio seating for 36.

Brasserie Genevieve
Brasserie Genevieve is an upcoming French brasserie concept that is opening at 45 West Park Square in Marietta. The restaurant will occupy the former Asher & Rose space. The concept will open in December 2026 or January 2027.
