Rosetta Bakery is opening a new location in Metro Atlanta. The bakery will bring the brand’s popular offerings to the community. Its interior is designed to offer an Italian-inspired experience to customers.

Rosetta Bakery to Open New Location at Dunwoody’s High Street

Rosetta Bakery is opening its new store on September 12. The new location will open at High Street in Dunwoody, expanding Rosetta Bakery’s presence in Metro Atlanta. The bakery will bring Italian-style breads, pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and other baked goods to the mixed-use development.

Rosetta Bakery was founded by four friends from Milan. The bakery is named after the Italian “Rosetta” bread. According to the bakery, its menu emphasizes traditional Italian baking methods and quality ingredients.

“Our goal is to create spaces where people can gather and enjoy authentic Italian baking traditions, and High Street’s energy, sense of community and commitment to creating memorable experiences make it the perfect home for our newest location,” said Michael Rezi of Rosetta Bakery.

Rosetta Bakery joins several restaurants and retailers at High Street. This includes Varuni Napoli, Nando’s PERi-PERi, Velvet Taco, Puttshack, The Hampton Social, Agave Bandido, Ben & Jerry’s, and Sugarcoat.

High Street is located at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway NE and Hammond Drive NE, near the Dunwoody MARTA Station.

High Street is a $2 billion mixed-use development with restaurants, shops, offices, entertainment venues, and residential units.

Highlights of the Bakery

Rosetta Bakery will occupy a new 1,897-square-foot space at High Street. It will have an open kitchen with a glass wall. The glass wall will allow customers to watch bakers prepare items, from kneading dough to filling bomboloni.

The bakery’s interior is designed to give guests an Italian-inspired experience. It will feature wood counters, open shelves, rustic tiles, and warm tones. Customers order items from the display and sit at community tables.

The menu will offer an evolving selection of freshly baked breads, pastries, and savory dishes. Popular options will include focaccia, the Rosetta sandwich, croissants, cakes, and coffee.

Rosetta Bakery’s arrival at High Street will add a new Italian-inspired dining option to Dunwoody’s growing food scene.
