First Watch opens its first Dawsonville restaurant. The new location debuted on September 7 and is celebrating the opening with unlimited coffee for dine-in customers.
First Watch Opens New Restaurant in Dawsonville

First Watch, a daytime restaurant brand, opened its newest Dawsonville location at 215 Marketplace Blvd. It marks the brand’s continued nationwide expansion.
The new restaurant takes over a 3,400-square-foot space. It features more than 150 seats and a covered patio. The new location offers made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
First Watch Dawsonville employs about 30 people and will operate on a one-shift schedule with no night shifts. The restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for dine-in, pickup, and delivery.
With the Dawsonville opening, First Watch continues to expand its presence across the country. The brand now operates more than 660 restaurants across 33 states.
What’s on the Menu

First Watch prepares its dishes to order without using heat lamps, microwaves, or deep fryers, according to the company. The menu includes all-day breakfast options alongside brunch and lunch dishes.
The new restaurant offers popular dishes such as Avocado Toast, Farmhouse Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon. Guests can also choose from sandwiches, salads, omelets, and other breakfast favorites.
The Dawsonville location prepares fresh juices each morning and serves First Watch’s Project Sunrise coffee. It is celebrating the opening with unlimited Project Sunrise coffee. Customers who dine in from September 7 through September 11 will receive the unlimited coffee with their meal.
The restaurant will introduce its first seasonal menu in winter 2026. It is part of First Watch’s rotating seasonal offerings.
