The Centreville dining scene is closing October with a major new arrival. Hot N Juicy Crawfish, a small but mighty seafood chain, is bringing its delectable cuisine to Fairfax County, and construction is set to wrap before the end of autumn, reports local media outlet FFX Now.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish is taking over the  14245H Centreville Square storefront that last housed Gaboja II. Construction is slated to be completed on the 3,390 square-foot square foot restaurant space by October 23, with a soft opening planned shortly after.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish first introduced itself to Virginia diners in 2015, when it opened a location in Falls Church.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish’s menu, of course, heavily favors seafood, from raw oysters to fried shrimp to soft shell crabs. The website offers further insight into the concept’s dining ethos, saying: “What started in 2007 as a passion for seafood and spice has grown into something even bigger: a place where family and friends gather around the table to share a meal. Because that’s what it’s all about, sitting across from the people you love, digging into a steaming seafood feast, peeling shrimp, cracking crab legs, and making memories together.”
