Salata is planning a new location in New Braunfels, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) project records.
The new restaurant is planned for 766 FM 306 in New Braunfels, TX 78130, where a 2,388-square-foot interior build-out is planned. The project, listed under TDLR number TABS2027000802, has an estimated construction cost of $500,000.
Construction is currently scheduled to begin December 4, 2026, with completion expected by March 4, 2027. The project is privately funded and will involve renovations and alterations to the space.
Salata is a fast-casual salad concept offering made-to-order salads, wraps, soups, and other fresh menu options. The company has been expanding through franchised locations across Texas and other markets.
According to project records, 766 FM 306 LTD is listed as the property owner, while Interplan LLC is the design firm for the project. The tenant is not yet assigned in the TDLR filing.
An opening date for the new Salata location has not been announced.
