Something new and “lowkey” is coming to Neptune Beach.

Eric and Vanessa Luman, the duo behind Reve Brewing, are opening a new concept at 1501 Atlantic Blvd. in the former Night Moves supply store space.

A recent business filing with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation revealed the spot will be named Lowkey.

Buzz began building last November after the team purchased the space, leading many to speculate Reve Brewing was relocating.

“We bought the building with no plans of moving Reve. A concept and a timeline is still a long way out,” Luman told The Jacksonville Business Journal.

Details still remain limited, but the name hints at a laid-back vibe.

The Lumans opened Reve Brewing in 2018 before expanding into a full-service brewpub in 2021 with the addition of Bones Pizza. In 2024, the team opened Mayport Garden Club, an intimate cocktail spot serving creative drinks in a tiki-inspired setting.

Stay tuned for Lowkey.
