Shipley Do-Nuts is preparing to open another San Antonio location, with a new shop planned for 7514 S. New Braunfels Ave., Suite 2107, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records.
The upcoming location is part of La Picosa Town Center and is listed under project number TABS2027001555. The project calls for an approximately 1,807-square-foot first-generation tenant build-out within the center.
According to the filing, the project has an estimated construction cost of $220,000. Construction is scheduled to begin October 21, 2026, with completion targeted for December 2, 2026.
The work will involve the initial build-out of the tenant space to accommodate the new Shipley Do-Nuts location. The project is privately funded, with the tenant providing the funds, and is currently listed as registered.
Brooks Retail Partners Ltd. is listed as the property owner, while Dulce Acevedo is listed as the tenant. Fuzion, an Arizona-based design firm, is handling the design work. Jeffery L. Kelley is listed as the registered accessibility specialist for the project.

The new shop would bring Shipley Do-Nuts’ doughnuts, kolaches and other menu offerings to the South New Braunfels Avenue area.
The TDLR filing currently provides a construction timeline, but an official opening date for the Shipley Do-Nuts location has not yet been announced.
