CONNOLLY’s forthcoming development Woodstock Mill District, which is currently under construction, has new tenants on the way. Among them is longtime Atlanta sports bar Three Dollar Cafe, according to ScoopOTP.
Three Dollar Cafe currently operates 11 locations across the Atlanta area, growing from its start in Sandy Springs in 1983. Current locations include Buford, Stockbridge, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Chastain, Kennesaw, Alpharetta, Peachtree Corners, Chamblee, McDonough and Johns Creek.
The sports bar is known for serving hot wings along with other traditional bar food. The menu includes sandwiches, chicken fingers, quesadillas, fish tacos, Southern favorites like shrimp and grits and country-fried chicken, smashburgers and salads. There are also beers on tap.
The Woodstock Mill District, which will span 150 – 210 Towne Lake Parkway, will offer a Publix-anchored destination in Downtown Woodstock, according to leasing documents. The property spans more than 115,000 square feet.
An exact opening timeline for Three Dollar Cafe is unclear, it is expected that tenants will likely open in spring 2027.
