Offering custom apparel for more than a decade, the Louisiana Shirt Company in Baton Rouge is preparing to open a new location where customers can buy blank shirts, customizing supplies, and more. Set to be located on Florida Boulevard, the new store will open on November 2.

According to owner Anthony Roomes, the decision to expand came directly from customers calling for apparel blanks and printing materials.

“They were asking for us to open up another location where they could get blank shirts and various supplies. So we are,” Roomes told What Now New Orleans.

Roomes emphasized that his company has always held strict commitments to product quality and top customer service, ensuring that clients receive durable materials without bearing an inflated price tag.

“We don’t cheap our customers,” Roomes noted. We source higher-end products and try not to pass the cost on to them.”

The new Florida Boulevard storefront aims to foster an approachable, welcoming environment for both seasoned apparel professionals and first-time shoppers navigating the custom garment industry. Roomes encouraged people looking to customize their own appael to reach out for help.

“If anybody has any questions, they should feel free to drop by, visit us at our website, or just call,” Roomes said. “We’re friendly, we’ll help you, and there’s no stupid question except for one that wasn’t asked.”
