A new retail center is coming together in West Ashley, at Bees Ferry Road and Glenn McConnell Parkway. According to coverage by the Post and Courier, the “15,000 square-feet development featuring five commercial spaces, recently began construction.”
If this sounds familiar, that’s because What Now reported at the end of September on one of the concepts joining the upcoming retail center: the second outpost of Bay Street Biergarten.
Now, the Post and Courier has revealed other tenants on board for the launch, which is expected to come to fruition next year: “They include the second Bay Street Biergarten location, a San Miguel Mexican Grill & Bar, River Landing Dentistry and a ‘golf simulator group.’”
Located at 1711 Shoremeade Road in Mount Pleasant, San Miguel Mexican Grill & Bar is a family-owned business serving up selections from Mexican cuisine. The menu features San Miguel Specials like the San Miguel Sampler (Nachos with beef, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, sour cream, one cheese quesadilla, two chicken taquitos and a small cup of cheese dip) and the San Miguel Bowl (Your choice of steak, chicken or shrimp with zucchini squash, onions on a bed of rice covered with cheese dip).
