Another oven is being installed to deliver thin-crust pizzas to the city.

Milly’s Pizza in the Pan is expanding again with a new concept coming to 4159 N Western Avenue in North Center, from a recent Block Club Chicago report. This is at the former Armand’s Pizzeria which closed last July. Owner Robert Maleski told What Now Chicago he is anticipating a Dec. 1 opening.

The pizza concept first opened as a ghost kitchen in2020, then debuting a brick-and-mortar in 2022 in Uptown. Maleski then introduced a location in Lakeview followed by West Town, which What Now Chicago previously covered. For the new North Center spot, he is trying something different.

Like his other locations, he will again be serving thin-crust pies. At Milly’s, the team prepares 10 and 14-inch pizzas, with signature toppings including ricotta cheese, mini peppers, pineapple and mushrooms. From the Block Club Chicago article, around six pizza options will be available like giardiniera with sausage, and chili crunch and basil

The storefront is at the southeast corner of the intersection, across from Big Blue Swim School. This is near restaurants up the road on Western Avenue including The Western Bar & Kitchen and Nano Ramen & Sushi. The area is the west side of North Center.
