Brew Y’all, a coffee concept based in Mobile, Alabama, has been named among six new tenants at Sewarts Landing, a $400 million mixed-use development at the intersection of Sam Ridley Parkway and Highway 41 in Smyrna, Tennessee. According to a report by Boropulse, developers Equitable Property Company and Chapman Capital announced the new tenants as the development welcomed its first businesses.
According to Brew Y’all’s official website, the business was started by three friends from Mobile: Robert Clement, Richard Sanders and Robert McCown. The company describes its concept as a premium drive-thru coffee experience focused on convenience and Southern hospitality, with a to-go format rather than traditional sit-down café service.
The brand’s menu features espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, mochas and matcha lattes. Its signature offerings include Brewtopia, a mocha frappe with hazelnut, and the How Bout Y’all Latte, which features blueberry muffin flavor. The online menu also lists cold brew, flavored energy drinks, smoothies and seasonal beverages.
Food options include breakfast sandwiches such as bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, and Conecuh sausage and cheddar biscuits, according to their website. The menu also lists croissants, muffins, cinnamon rolls and grab-and-go items, according to the company’s online ordering menu.
Although Brew Y’all has been named as a Sewarts Landing tenant, Boropulse has not provided a specific storefront address within the development or a confirmed opening date for the new location.
Sewarts Landing is planned as a walkable mixed-use destination, and Brew Y’all’s drive-thru-focused model would add a convenient coffee option to the development.
