JoJo’s Mediterranean Grill is relocating its West Hollywood restaurant along Sunset Boulevard. The restaurant is moving from 8000 Sunset Blvd. to 7950 Sunset Blvd.

What Now Los Angeles spoke with owner Malik Haddad, who confirmed that the move is planned for the morning of October 30. The relocation comes as the restaurant’s lease ends and Haddad seeks a location with greater visibility.

“I believe 7950 is a better option for JoJo’s, as there is more exposure on the street,” he said, adding that the new property’s management team went the extra mile to bring JoJo’s to the location.

Haddad expects the move to help more people discover the restaurant’s Lebanese cuisine. JoJo’s serves Mediterranean dishes, including hummus, kebabs, salads and wraps, with a focus on Lebanese cooking.

“We offer authentic, very authentic Lebanese cuisine. This is what our grandmothers used to serve, our mothers,” Haddad told What Now Los Angeles.

The new space will bring several changes to the restaurant’s offerings. JoJo’s will open daily at 8:30 a.m., serving breakfast items such as omelettes, steak and eggs, and bagels with cream cheese. The menu will also include grab-and-go bagel and croissant sandwiches with egg and cheese. The restaurant will serve Lavazza coffee drinks and feature a large patio.

To celebrate the move, JoJo’s will offer $5 chicken shawarma and falafel sandwiches throughout November. Guests who check in on Facebook will also receive a free drink.

In addition to its West Hollywood restaurant, JoJo’s Mediterranean Grill operates a location at 5200 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood. Haddad also shared plans for further expansion.

By the end of 2027, he hopes to open locations in Anaheim, near Orange, and in Rancho Cucamonga.

“Our mission is to make sure that people understand what real Lebanese cuisine is,” Haddad said.

The restaurant is also exploring potential locations in Santa Monica, the Pasadena area, and communities closer to Torrance and Long Beach.

What Now Los Angeles has also covered other openings along Sunset Boulevard, including The Drake on Sunset at 9255 W. Sunset Blvd.
