Mendocino Farms plans to bring its creative sandwiches, salads and signature “Eat Happy” spirit to Epicenter at Agritopia in Gilbert, with an anticipated opening in summer 2027. Blending fresh ingredients with bold, globally inspired flavors, the restaurant will add a new gathering place for everyday meals to Epicenter’s walkable community of restaurants, shops and wellness destinations.
Alicia Mowder, chief marketing officer of Mendocino Farms, said in a statement: “We’ve been looking forward to coming to Gilbert for a while now. The planned restaurant will be located at 3150 East Ray Road, Suite #114, Gilbert, AZ 85296 within Epicenter. Additional details, including the opening date, will be announced closer to opening.
