Savory Bliss Kitchen Co. is preparing to open a restaurant at 1090 Garden Street in Titusville, according to an application with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The storefront marks the next step for owner Chef William Jones, whose business currently offers meal prep, catering, and private dining.

“What started as a small meal prep business with a simple goal—to make fresh, flavorful meals that make life easier—is growing into something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time,” the business wrote in a Facebook post.

Its meal prep customers order from a menu that changes weekly, with breakfast dishes, protein bowls, and juices among the offerings. Recent selections have included a Cajun turkey bowl and mojo chicken thighs. Customers place orders through Facebook or Instagram.

The state lists the application for plan review and an initial restaurant license as in process. The team has not announced an opening date, and it continues to share preparations on social media.

What Now Orlando reached out to Chef William Jones, but did not hear back by the time of this publication. This article may be updated as more information becomes available.
