Mama Hospitality Group is preparing to introduce two new dining concepts.

The group, led by Alex Melillo, Joe Cervasio, and Topher Grubb, will open Lillys at The Nora Hotel and Mac’s 44 in West Palm Beach’s Nora District, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

The group currently operates Mary Lou’s, a glamorous West Palm Beach cocktail lounge and supper club blending vintage Palm Beach elegance with modern nightlife.

Lillys

Lillys will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar with poolside dining, an aperitif lounge and a full-service menu developed in collaboration with Starr Restaurants.

Led by acclaimed Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr, Starr Restaurants operates more than 40 dining destinations across Philadelphia, New York, Washington, D.C., Nashville and Florida.

Guests can expect a standout dining experience, backed by Starr’s numerous accolades, including “Restaurateur of the Year” honors from Bon Appétit and Zagat and the James Beard Foundation’s “Outstanding Restaurateur” award.

The outlet reported Lillys will open in November. Visit the website for the latest updates.

Mac’s 44

Mac’s 44 will bring an Old World-inspired, performance-driven lounge to The Nora District.

The Nora District is a mixed-use destination in West Palm Beach bringing together dining, retail, wellness, hospitality and residential spaces along North Railroad Ave.

“Mac’s 44 reimagines the classic entertainment salon through a contemporary lens, bringing together live music, vocal performance, choreography, and elaborate show design,” the website reads.

The lounge honors Grubb’s grandfather, Michael “Mr. Mac” McEvoy, drawing inspiration from his lifelong passion for music, opera and art.

Designed in collaboration with Jason Volenec of Volenec Studios, the 3,600-square-foot venue will feature 80 seats, velvet upholstery with animal prints and dim lighting accented by orange hues. The stage will serve as the focal point, anchoring the space’s performance-driven atmosphere.

Guests can expect a curated selection of elevated cocktails, caviar service and what is described as a “tightly edited menu of culinary indulgences.”

The team plans to open Mac’s 44 in January. Visit the website and follow along on Instagram for the latest updates.
