Elegance Cocktail Bar is preparing to open at 154 S. Madison Street in downtown Spokane, with a grand opening scheduled for December 5, according to its social media pages. A liquor license application listed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board names Nicolas Angelo Santonocito as the applicant.
The notice covers a request for spirits, beer, and wine service. The bar initially promoted a November arrival before announcing the December celebration.
Plans call for cocktails and craft beer alongside food from executive chef Amanda, whose appointment the business announced in September.
Entertainment will include live music, DJs, shuffleboard, and sports on television. The venue is intended for guests ages 21 and older.
For the grand opening, festivities are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., with DJ Matty performing until 9 p.m. Live band The Shift will then take over for the remainder of the evening. The announcement also advertises giveaways, drink specials, and no cover charge.
Recent posts show preparations inside and outside the location, including a wooden bar counter and purple lighting across the storefront. The business has not shared a full menu.
