The Elephant Car Wash at 27240 168th Place SE in Covington will switch to the Jet Pro brand, Darren Bloch, principal of Bloch Property Management, told What Now Seattle.

The Bellevue firm acquired the roughly 1-acre property for $8.3 million, according to Puget Sound Business Journal.

The location is operating under its existing name while Bloch waits for new signs. During the October 27 interview, he estimated the rebrand was about 30 to 60 days away, likely closer to 60.

The Covington acquisition will mark Jet Pro’s entry into the Puget Sound region.

Jet Pro’s three other locations are in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. Those businesses offer tunnel, self-service, and touchless washes.

The Covington property is slated for approximately $600,000 in renovations and repairs, with three of its six automatic wash bays receiving upgrades. Ramsay Signs from Portland is designing the replacement signage.

Bloch said the Covington location’s service options and prices will carry over to Jet Pro.

Bloch founded his real estate company in 1993. Its commercial holdings span Washington and Idaho, including retail and office properties.

Further car wash expansion is still a possibility, though Bloch said no additional locations are actively in the works.

Visit the Jet Pro Auto Wash website for more information about the brand and its car wash services.
