Mountainside Fitness is targeting summer 2027 for its planned Maricopa club, according to the company’s website.
The listing places the gym near North John Wayne Parkway and West Honeycutt Avenue, with additional details still to come.
Plans call for a 40,000-square-foot facility south of Lowe’s Home Improvement, according to InMaricopa. Though an exact opening date has not been announced, a summer opening window gives prospective members a timeline for the project.
Across its clubs, Mountainside offers strength and cardio equipment, personal training, and group classes, including cycling and yoga. The company also offers childcare, locker rooms, and towel service.
The Maricopa club is one of several projects on the company’s Greater Phoenix expansion page. Mountainside also lists Vistancia for winter 2026 and Cave Creek for January 2027.
