A Memphis-area convenience store property is getting ready for its next act. A business registered as “As8 Market LLC” has filed papers to move into a c-store in Millington with the promise of gas and retail on the horizon.
As8 Market has a certificate of occupancy under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for 4629 Navy Road, as of October 30. The application shows that the concept will span 3,500 square feet and will function as a “Convenience store with gas pumps, gas/service station”.
A Loopnet entry about the property shows that the building was renovated in 2020 and has a full kitchen, however the certificate of occupancy offers no indication that As8 plans to serve food.
